If Same cable, adapters and monitors have worked before and are working fine with another machine. Type C port seems to be root cause. What about your USB C hub, do other ports on that hub work, i.e. Ethernet USB. This machine is capable of charging via type C but needs 45W input from the monitor/power adapter.
